Met my need
I loved this book because it provides concepts and topics in an individuals health and wellbeing. the wording is simple and clear to understand, complete with diagrams and visuals. the concepts and topics are introductory, therefore, would see seek further reading to enrich the topics. I would keep book as a simple go to reference.
Well written textbook and cheaper on than anywhere else
Never got this product I ordered it last year and never got it the funny thing is that I never had a problem with before I ask for my money back but I never got it back.
This was a pretty breezy book for as many hundreds of pages as it contains.

I especially love it when books, as this one did, offer a loose leaf option. It's so convenient to be able to take a whatever pages you'll need instead of lugging around a bunch of chapters you aren't even using at the moment. I wish all college textbooks offered a loose leaf option.
Many typos and some questionable fitness recommendations. It has good information on diet and lifestyle choices, but don't expect to learn how to work out.
Using this at the 10th grade level, love the labs, easy to perform at home or a gym. LOVE the way it approached health covering stress, goal setting, nutrition, lifestyle changes, evaluations of motivation and what keeps you from meeting goals, but also gets into anatomy and physiology. Love the online videos as an additional reference.
